My mother was with the Territorial Army and looking through at the image of the signatures spotted the name “M. McIntosh”. It LOOKS like her signature. Mom has Alzheimer’s and was unable to say if any of the names or faces in the accompanying photos were familiar, although she tried. It is possible that it IS her signature and possible that it is not. She cannot recall having been to Devizes. I do have photos of her at another summer camp elsewhere. I will have to upload those photos to Retrounaut.

That is *so* cool thing, Mudhooks. And thank you for adding the fascinating and beautiful images of your mother’s war years to Retronaut.

Thanks so much for your message Mudhooks and the wonderful photographs of your mother. I’ve looked through my images again. The one that has the signatures was signed in 1941 so it might be a little early. Although take a look at the woman top right? I’ll also pop up one one image at the end from the same set, of a lady that looks closest to your mother. Thanks again
